Biggs Construction Company, Inc. has been requested to provide pre-construction services on the majority of building construction projects constructed. Single entity involvement early to the very end has proven to be cost and time efficient.
Pre- Construction Services provide the owner with a clear picture of what their project is going to look like, how it is going to get done, when aspects of the job should be expected to be completed and estimated costs. This information is provide for the owner to be as educated as possible for all decision making related to their development.
