Bruce Beach Park Phase 2
A continuation of the Phase 1 project. Phase 2 to include: boardwalks, sidewalks and associated lighting, elevated lookout point featuring a view of Community Maritime park and Pensacola Bay. A picnic area, beach volleyball court, kayak launch, storage, and floating dock. Along with roadside parking off of Clubbs Street.
Roger Scott Tennis Center
Demolition of twelve aged courts. Installation of a complete storm sewer system to include a detention pond. Site elevation adjustments assisting with the fluidity of the complex during use. Sidewalks to connect the tennis facility to the Vickery Center and Bill Bonds fields. Vinyl coated chain-link fencing for added security measures at the facility; along with a LED stadium style lighting package.
St. Mary Catholic School
Bath renovations for middle school. Work scheduled and complete during summer vacation season.
Dogwood Park Baptist Church
New Family Life Building for Dogwood Baptist Church. Work included major site improvements, new family life building, and related interior finishes and mechanical work. Interiors included the working kitchen, meeting and bath facilities.
Needle Rush Point Phase I – VII
Exterior cedar siding and deck replacement on the majority of an 8 building, 120 unit condominium on Perdido Key. The work was completed while the units were occupied. This project ran over six consecutive off-seasons.
St. Paul's Gym
Selective site and building demolition, civil improvements, landscaping, hardscape, concrete, steel, metal and asphalt shingle roofing, interior finishes, athletic equipment and flooring, interior finishes, concession, bath facilities. Project is constructed within campus of functioning school, church and outdoor sports facilities.
The Basilica of St. Michael the Archangel
Project Management and consulting for interior lighting and finish renovations and historic preservation. Work is primarily management for owner contracted finish and lighting specialty contractors. Work is scheduled during church operations.
Unity Church of Christianity
Bell tower renovation and repair and exterior enhancements.
Faith Chapel
Full interior renovation of existing building.
