Work was coordinated with multiple general contractors on-site with adjacent businesses in operation.

Work included site work, selective demolition, foundations, slab on grade, wood trusses, interior finishes, landscaping, utilities, roofing, and owner equipment. This project was acknowledged by AIA NW Florida award for work complete in 2016.

New Law Offices of Michles & Booth, P.A.. Shallow foundations, structural block, slab on grade, steel bar joists and deck, single ply roofing, curtain wall glass system, full mechanical, electrical and plumbing, fire sprinkler, elevator and extensive interior finishes. Work also includes, site improvements, mass grading, hard and soft landscaping.

This project is a classic warehouse to residential loft renovation. The work was the remodeling the old Bill Thompson Office Equipment on Baylen Street to 5ea town houses. Work consists of shoring the existing building to receive new steel frame, securing the new frame to the existing building, elevated concrete slabs, stairwells, separate service utilities, stairwells, framed 3rd floor, unit fire separation, exterior balconies, new single ply roofing, exterior finishes, garage doors, entry doors, glass and glazing, hurricane shutters, extensive underground utility work and new sidewalks and driveways.
